Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all users of the DoXoSo AI app (iOS, Android) and website doxoso.ai.vn. Continued use of the service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Description of Service

DoXoSo AI provides an AI-powered lottery ticket checking service. Users photograph lottery tickets and the app analyzes them against official lottery results to determine prize eligibility.

Note: App results are for reference only. Official and legally binding lottery results are those announced by the issuing lottery authority.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Each person may only create one account. Accounts may not be transferred.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload fake or altered ticket images.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use bots or automated scripts to access the service.
• Copy or redistribute lottery result data from the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, UI, logos, AI models, and source code of DoXoSo AI are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant:

• Absolute accuracy of AI analysis results.
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• That results shown in the app constitute a legal basis for claiming prizes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to financial losses from misinterpreting lottery results.

8. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. We will notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes.
