3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. Data is only shared with:
- Google Cloud Vertex AI: Ticket images for AI analysis.
- Google / Microsoft / Facebook: When you choose to sign in through them.
- Google Cloud SQL: Secure storage in the asia-southeast1 (Singapore) region.
4. Data Security
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Data stored with at-rest encryption on Google Cloud.
- Authentication via trusted OAuth providers; passwords are never stored in plain text.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Ticket history is stored until you delete it or request account deletion. To delete your account and all associated data, contact: support@doxoso.ai.vn.
6. Your Rights
- View and edit your personal information in the app.
- Delete individual history records in the History section.
- Request full account and data deletion via email.
- Disable notifications in your device settings.
7. Children
DoXoSo AI is not intended for users under 18. If you believe an account belongs to a minor, please contact us for removal.
